NERCC provides custom and UDSA Certified processing services.
For your convenience, we now have the meat processing forms right here on our website! That means you can fill out relevant forms before you arrive and simply drop them off with your animals. If you are able, please print and have them completed when you arrive. We recommend you schedule your processing day as early as possible to secure your date.
